Ancient house built on 1700. It’s a typical Ibiza construction built with cubicles with different highs and levels, with exterior white fronts and “sabina” joists. Panoramic views to the valley, sea and Formentera Island. Main service included in rental rates. Built area: 550 square meters. Land : 8.000 square meters.
The “finca” has three constructions: Main house, guest house and service house. Bellow the houses there are different mediterranean gardens and Fruit trees, swimmingpool (40 square meters) with wood fourniture in a big “solarium” around it, an ecologic vegetable garden, BBQ dinning area, several “chill out” terraces and forest areas.
The “finca” was restored and decorated on 2008 with all comodities.
