The villa has been built to exacting standards in traditional Ibicenco style and comprises of 5 en suite bedrooms and two large reception rooms all of which have been designed for maximum comfort and style.

The double doors fully open out onto a covered terrace with cosy seating and extends onto the main sunterrace, where you can soak up the sun, whilst enjoying the breathtaking views of the mediteranean, surrounded by Sabines Pines and Palm trees. On the first floor, the decadent Morrocan salon (could be transformed in a 5th double bedrrom) is suptiously designed for the evening, where one can recline on cushions and watch TV or just chill out whilst the sun sets over the bay of Cala Jundal. The Salon doors fully open onto a shady terrace, where one can relax from the heat of the day. The only major decision you will have to make whilst staying at TORRE DE CALA JONDAL is which of the four fantastic en-suite bedrooms to stay in. All have fabulous views but each has it's own unique style. On the ground floor the master bedroom suite has a modernist interior and blue slate and glass bathroom, or perhaps the white Suite elegant pale woods white fabrics and clear glass. On the first floor The Royal suite with its antique drapes and furnishing and a bathroom of fine china and brass. Or the green suite with its simple ibicenco furnishings and superb marble and glass bathroom. Each suite has a separate dressing area, and views to die for. This summer a large outside kitchen and dining area is preview to complete the fantastic pool and chill out area

Bedrooms: 5 bedrooms. Master bedroom with bathroom and private terrace overlooking the pool and the bay of Cala Jondal. Four equal sized bedrooms with en suites. One nanny/staff bedroom sharing an en suite. Of the six bedrooms, three have large 2 x 2m emperor. Bathrooms: All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Plus one guest bathroom. All bathrooms supplied with towels and changed 3 times per week Kitchen: There are two Kitchens, one indoor house kitchen with seating for 12 people and an outdoor kitchen. The outdoor Kitchen has BBQ cooking facilities and seating for 14 people. Utility Room: There is a washing machine and extra refrigeration and freezer storage in the utility room. Living Rooms: Open plan living & dining inside and outside Other: A large Balinese Summer House is located at the end of the pool overlooking Cala Jondal Bay with views to the West which is a perfect place to watch Sunset. The windows to the main living area downstairs open up onto a large shaded terrace area.

Cala Jondal is now possibly the trendiest beach on Ibiza and there's a fabulous selection of beach restaurants that are popular with the rich and famous as well as locals and holidaymakers. Many offer zodiac service (taking a dinghy out to the fabulous boats and yachts anchored off shore to collect the owners to eat in their restaurants). This can be great fun to watch as many dress completely inappropriately for stepping out of the dinghy into the sea!
