Overview
The original Ibiza farmhouse, refurbished outbuildings and owners house are integrated by porches and paths with a pool, pond and well in the traditional architecture sympathetic to the landscape. You may have all this to yourself or with the normal occupant being discreet and/or helpful as required.
Another building close by offers a large, comfortable space for music, reading, conversation, television and games.

- As the seasons change, the fruits and flowers appear and disappear but there is always something and often plenty. Almonds and oranges in profusion, fig and pomegranate trees are all scattered around here among the smells and colours of so many flowers. A vegetable garden, olive, carob and palm trees add to a feeling of deep Mediterranean country.

Day or night, around the pool, on any of the three terraces, by the pond or on the grass, easy living allows space for reflection and pleasure. Come early in the year when the flowering of the almonds is reminiscent of Japanese cherry blossom time and springtime is sprouting from the earth. Come in the summer and relax in the countryside before and after late nights, dancing till dawn or stargazing in the moonlight. Come later in the year away from urban stress and cold grey skies to warm weather, perfect peace and the refreshing rhythms of nature.
Dining
The farmhouse has an adequate kitchen but there is also a luxury kitchen/dining room available as an extra in the ground floor of the owners house near the pool.

Accommodation
- With solid walls almost a metre thick and high ceilings beamed with tree trunks, the farmhouse has three varied, large, double bedrooms each with its own en suite bathroom.
- To the side, there are five smaller twin bedrooms in the refurbished outbuildings, some sharing showers and toilets. Each can be taken separately as well as a further guest room attached to the kitchen which could be taken as a studio.
- The finca can sleep 18 in total.

Although the area is totally unspoilt, the villa is ½ km off a minor road, there is a local bar and a small shop a short and pleasant walk away, it is 4kms to the village of San Rafael, 6kms to the nearest beach, 17 kms to the airport and the town of Ibiza is only 11 kms away. Two of the world's most famous clubs are within 5 kms.
