The master bedroom is located in a separate cottage, with its own private deck over the pool. 2 equal bedrooms connecting to the great room, are located on the main floor of the house and the 4th one is located below, by the fully equipped and air-conditioned fitness room.
The contemporary spacious and airy great room, featuring the Gourmet kitchen, dining and living, widely opens both to the view and to the heated lap pool deck and heated Jacuzzi.

Located below the great room, next to the 4th bedroom. Beautiful view from this air-conditioned fitness room equipped with stepper, treadmill, bicycle and various work-out equipments (weights…).
