Anguilla IV is a newly built villa with four bedroom suites plus an office that can serve as a fifth bedroom (sleeps 8 to 10). The beautiful, curved Sandy Hill Bay beach is a short walk down a path and the sheltered bay and beach offer excellent swimming and snorkelling as well as a safe harbour for a small yacht. The villa offers a unique blend of exquisite detail, spacious comfort and quiet ambiance.

It was designed by Wilson & Associates, famed resort designers for the Amandari in Bali, Las Ventanas in Cabo San Lucas, Peninsula in Beverly Hills, and numerous others. The villa is designed in an Asian Tropical style with meandering, lagoon-style pools that weave between the four buildings to create an intimate compound that is lush with vegetation. The villa offers true indoor-outdoor living with entire walls that fold completely back and away to let in the gentle breezes and fragrances of this tropical paradise.

The placement of the suites, each with its own balcony and equal, panoramic views, assures individual privacy for guests. All suites are air-conditioned and have their own private patio with a panoramic view. Each suite has a mini bar with refrigerator, coffee service, Frette linens, bathrobes, slippers, hairdryers, and Bvlgari amenities enhance the luxury of this tropical retreat.
