The estate is decorated with antiques collected by the owners family over several generations. The walls are adorned with original art by Armen Hansen, Paintings from the 13th century and other noteworthy collectibles.
The great room is oriented toward the spectacular ocean view and the outdoor entertainment areas. The combination of covered and open air patios can accommodate 200 + guests. Outdoor Heaters, 11 Torches, fire pit and 2 outdoor fireplaces create a special environment for evening entertaining. Other outdoor features include bocce ball courts, water fountain, playground, large BBQ, colorfully landscaped grounds and up lighting on many of the oak trees that decorate the grounds.
The main house is 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. Guest house is 2 bed, 2 bath and the guest apartment is 1 bed 1 bath.
