A large double story Victorian family home with high ceilings and original Oregon wooden floors and doors. Accommodation comprises three double bedrooms which are all upstairs and each is fully air-conditioned.
The main bedroom also has a large private balcony (3m x 3m) with stunning views of Table Mountain and the City and has an en-suite bathroom complete with Jacuzzi bath, double shower, toilet, bidet and double washbasin. The other two bedrooms share the second family bathroom comprising a spacious shower, washbasin and toilet.
Downstairs is where all the recreation and entertaining takes place. The formal lounge offers comfortable seating for six, complete with fireplace and state-of-the-art B&O hi-fi music system.
Adjacent to the lounge is a large teak dining room which seats up to twelve and is complemented with smaller more intimate breakfast room which leads off the kitchen and offers seating for six.
When all you want to do is sit back and watch a movie or the latest sporting action then retire to the family lounge/TV room which boasts a 112cm TV complete with a dual channel PVR Satellite system as well as multi DVD/Video players to ensure you can watch any movie. Furthermore, if need be, the family room can be converted into a double bedroom which also has an en-suite shower, washbasin and toilet.
