Description of this 5 Bedroom Riad in Marrakech
Located in one of the oldest parts of Marrakech's medina, the old city, close to the Medersa Ben Youssef, Dar Meryem, keeping all the charm of its past, is an authentic property which has kept all the traditional architectural aspects and merged them into modern features. It is an idyllic Riad, with 5 rooms with a Moroccan name for each one.
What immediately surprises travellers staying at Dar Meryem is the light of the house, and the silence of the place. The superb terrace overlooks the medina and the snow covered Atlas mountains. The symphony of blue in the courtyard, the doors and the mosaics are graciously combined with the clear skies of Marrakech. The Riad is built on two floors, sort of labyrinth with traditional Moroccan design, with artful ornaments. Besides, all rooms have en suite bathrooms, with air-conditioning and chimney.
