The brand new Syvota holiday villa Alexandra is located in a five star complex with three luxury villas. This vacation home enjoys splendid surroudings in a beautiful green cove at just 30 meters from the beach and only 600 meters from the harbor of Sivota. Sivota, situated in the north west of Greece opposite the island of Corfus. The Karvouno Villas complex offers great seafront villas with private beaches and beach bars, ideal for your stay in Greece.

Only 25 meters separate the foaming waves of the Ionian Sea from your door. The nearest beach bar is only 10 minutes away and will provide you day and night with fresh drinks, snacks, coffee and ice cream.

The Greek cuisine is famous for its use of olives, feta cheese, wine, and lots of vegetables, seafood and meat, as well as olive oil, lemon juice and other spices. You can sample all these delicacies during your stay, as your private chef will surprise you with the best dishes, served directly in your villa. Breakfast is served on the beautiful beach, while lunch and dinner can be served any time in private dining areas on the beach.

And should you need a doctor, the villa will take care of it at any moment.

Karvouno Villas are located on the Karvouno coastline in the village of Sivota, in the region of Fesprotiya. It enjoys a tranquil position in a very beautiful quiet bay, at just 600 meters from the picturesque port of Sivota. The port of Igoumenitsa is at 25 km from Sivota, and as beautiful as the renowned Italian ports of Brindichi, Bari, Ancona and Venice. Nearest airports are: Aktio Prevezas, Kerkyra (Corfu) and Ioanina.

Parga is a city with a good nightlife scene: it's located not far from the Karvouno villa complex and its beautiful architecture is inspired by the form of amphitheatres. Here you'll find Greek taverns, restaurants, cafes, bars and all sorts of clubs. At only one mile from the villa you can also enjoy traditional Greek evenings with dancing (sirtaki, national dances), a variety of beverages and delicious local dishes, sure to leave you with great memories.

Guests who come by plane can travel to the airport of Corfu and then take a ferry, it takes about 1 hour to reach the villa.

You can also travel to the airport of Aktio (Preveza) and take a taxi or minibus (1 hour trip) or the airport of Thessaloniki and get to your villa by taxi or minibus (2,5 hours trip).
