ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE PROCEDURES

• Check-in time is 14:00 hrs. and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. (noon).
• The hotel is not required to have rooms available before 14:00 hrs. but will do its best to have rooms ready for early arrival when notified.
• Late check-out is upon request, subject to availability and with an extra charge of 50% of the contracted rate until 18:00 hrs., after 18:00 hrs. it will be considered as an extra night.
