Payment and Cancellation terms

• All bookings require a 30% deposit at the time of the confirmation of the booking. The deposit is non refundable in case of cancellation.
• For the high season the remaining balance should be paid in full 60 days prior to the guests arrival at the Hotel
• For the low and mid seasons the remaining balance should be paid in full 30 days prior to the guests arrival at the Hotel

Cancellation policy

 For the high season:

• If cancellation occurs more than 60 days prior to Guests arrival and/or in case of non-show, early departure, modification of booking: 30% of the total rental cost will be paid to Elounda Gulf Villas by wire transfer
• If cancellation occurs between 59-00 days prior to Guests arrival and/or in case of non-show, early departure, modification of booking; 100% of total rental cost will be paid to Elounda Gulf Villas by wire transfer.

 For the low and mid season:

• If cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to Guests arrival and/or in case of non-show, early departure, modification of booking: 30% of the total rental cost will be paid to Elounda Gulf Villas by wire transfer
• If cancellation occurs 30-00 days prior to Guests arrival and/or in case of non-show, early departure, modification of booking: 100% of total rental cost will be paid to Elounda Gulf Villas by wire transfer
