Paraty Private Beach Villa Paradise on the Brazilian Costa Verde

This stretch of coast is some of the most beautiful in all of Brazil: The delightfully warm, calm sea surrounds some 365 beautiful tropical islands, each with a plentiful supply of deserted beaches ready for you to explore, and dramatic emerald green mountains that arc up towards the sky. Tropical island life is quite sublime: your private villa has 3 double bedrooms and one twin spread out over three houses designed to maximize views out to sea and have a bright airy feel, that is particularly apparent in the beautiful communal areas.

The 3 houses were constructed in complete harmony with nature. They were built predominantly with wood, stone and a lot of glass, which creates the sensation of being outside in the open air, but always protected from the occasional shower! The private island is 140 thousand metres squared and the beach is 100 metres in length. You can walk around the entirety of the island in 25 minutes. The outside deck is covered by a glass canopy, while the second deck is made of stone and has a romantic iron staircase from which you can descend into the sea. There is also a Jacuzzi on the deck, a BBQ and a wood oven. 

Fatima, the house keeper, ensures all is kept in perfect order and puts her excellent cooking skills to good use with meals tailored to individual preference and the local fisherman’s catch. . Days are spent relaxing on the nearby secluded beach and wandering the many jungle tracks to various viewpoints on the island. You will also have a speedboat at your disposal for some water skiing or to take you to one of the other nearby islands, many of which are completely deserted. And when you finally feel it might be time for a little action, Paraty is just 10 minutes away. The town is incredibly charming colonial era port ( and a UNESCO world heritage site) with lovely architecture and an excellent selection of shops, restaurants and bars.
