Dining

This Chamonix chalet is offered on catered or self-catered basis. The catering includes a daily cooked breakfast, afternoon tea and cakes, and 4 course evening meal, 6 nights per week. We have attached a copy of our six day winter menu. If you book the chalet self-catered you receive a welcome pack with usual essentials, and a bottle of Bollinger Champagne! The head chef, Lisa, is now into her fifth season at the chalet. The chefs will be in touch with you well in advance of their stay to discuss any specific dietary issues the group may have and any questions or comments on the suggested menu.

All of the evening meals are accompanied with the specially selected house wines. These really are excellent wines, and we are consistently complemented on the quality of the wines we serve. We also have a wine cellar with a selection of à la carte wines should they wish to try these.
