This Chamonix charming chalet is situated at an altitude of 1275m, high above the Chamonix valley and overlooking the village of Les Houches.
The chalet stands by the side of the legendary Kandahar piste - part of the men’s world cup downhill - thus offering the luxury of true ski in/ski out convenience, which is extremely rare in Chamonix.
Chalet in Chamonix has also been newly renovated and sleeps 9. The chalet has an open plan sitting and dining area providing ample space for relaxing in front of a roaring log fire and a separate TV and games room.
The Chamonix chalet is also approached through its own woodland and has a sauna and outdoor hot tub making it the idyllic holiday getaway.

The chalet is one of the few ski in ski out chalets in the Chamonix valley. It is situated in a magical setting in its own private grounds, and enjoys spectacular views. The centre of Les Houches is only a 5 minute drive.
Although the chalet is ski in ski out, it is located on the side of a red run. If you can ski a blue you will probably be able to ski back to the chalet as you can ski virtually all the way down on a blue and then the last bit where you join the red would definitely be a blue if it was a piste in itself. Also, if you walk down the drive and a further 50 meters you can also access the other blue home run. The chalet has a 160 meter long drive that in winter months can really only be accessed by a 4x4 with snow tires. This may mean you will have to walk up and down it. There is also a mazot down by the parking at the bottom of the drive so that you can leave your skis there if you can't drive up.
