Chalet Les Mazots in Chamonix is a much loved and cared for chalet. A popular choice over the years, its continued success is down to its versatility and location. Built on four storeys, with 8 bedrooms of varying shapes and sizes and 6 bathrooms, the chalet can be arranged to suit almost any type of group, from family to corporate. There are even two adorable little mazots in the grounds for when there are just too many for the main chalet, truly flexible accommodation. What's more, being equidistant between the Brévent lift and Chamonix centre it is the perfect base for everything.

Very Savoyarde in style, you can just feel its history seeping out from all that wood panelling. Built early last century on a prime south-facing site, the garden has spectacular views of Mont Blanc.....check it out from the hot tub. During your holiday with us there will be no time wasted walking to the ski pass office or negotiating for a guide or instructor. Your Collineige representative will make all these arrangements for you before and during your holiday. This makes all the difference when time is tight on a corporate break for example, or when the logistics of moving a family seem overwhelming.

For those staying in our catered chalets we will take care of you from the moment that we meet you at the airport until we bid you farewell at the end of your stay. Be it a romantic getaway or a family reunion, a holiday with friends or a work conference, we can tailor the property and the service to suit you. We can arrange an après ski massage in your own chalet, direct you to the right doctor should the need arise or find you the perfect child minder. Or if you would like to try skidooing or husky dog rides just let us know! And quite apart from all this we will of course take you to the slopes each morning and then return you late afternoon back to the chalet, where you can sink into a cosy fireside chair and enjoy some tea and homemade cakes. Bliss!

Collineige has deservedly built up a first class reputation for its cuisine. Food and wine continue to be an extremely important part of any Collineige catered holiday and we take great care to ensure that you will not be disappointed.

Our chefs are ‘borrowed’ from the Michelin starred restaurants of Europeto cook for you in your chalet. They will source the finest local ingredients to prepare mouth watering menus to suit your tastes, taking their inspiration from the specialities of Savoy and further afield.

Our catered chalet prices include homemade cake & tea after skiing and on five evenings each week, a four course dinner with wine. The chefs do not have a fixed menu but enjoy creating menus to suit your preferences. We provide a very good house wine and you may also upgrade this by buying from our carefully chosen wine list.

Two evenings a week you will enjoy the opportunity to sample one of the many local restaurants. For children, we provide early children's suppers. Here are some of the more popular menu items we serve:

The 8 rooms dispose of Jacuzzi, sauna, flat screen TV, free WIFI, log fire and Sky TV. They come with 6 bathrooms.

Few places are as beautiful or as inspiring to ski as Chamonix, and it is a wonderful place in which to introduce your family to skiing. In the last few years many more beginner and intermediate ski areas have been opened and in Chamonix itself the nursery slopes at Les Planards and Le Savoy with their attendant ski schools are a great draw for young families.

It is important to choose the right kind of ski instruction for each member of the family and we are happy to advise on this and book the lessons for you.Equally if you need child care whilst you are with us then we can arrange this. We know a number of experienced and qualified carers in the valley and will help you to find the most suitable. We can provide cots, highchairs, car seats and pushchairs on request (in all chalets and apartments).

There is a supply of toys available and in the catered chalets we are happy to provide early children's suppers. With the right chalet, ski instruction and service you are set to enjoy a memorable family holiday.

In winter, the prices are for the whole chalet (fully catered) based on 12 adults (children have reduced rate). It includes return airport transfers Geneva / Chamonix, welcome drinks at the chalet, continental breakfast, afternoon tea & home-made cake, 4 course dinner with wine on 5 of the 7 nights, early supper for the children if preferred, minibus shuttle service for drop off to the slopes in the morning and a collection at the end of the day.

In the summer months, and occasionally in the winter too, the chalet is offered on a self catered basis. Chalet Les Mazots has 2 adorable little mazots in the grounds - Stephen's Mazot& Stephen's MazotBrigitte's Mazot - which, if they are avaialable, can be booked alongside the main chalet.
