Fairwinds is ideal for a corporate getaway or family gathering.
Visitors can huddle around the fireplace after skiing in the winter or bask in the summer sun on spacious decks and the private sandy beach. The home also features picture windows, a veranda, boat dock, original Monterey furniture from the 1920s, parking for three cars, and an on-site caretaker. The gameroom has a large screen TV and VCR, piano, and stereo. There are countless activities just minutes away in any direction. For example, the ski shuttle to Northstar is two blocks away, Nevada casinos are within walking distance, and golf and tennis facilities are 3-5 miles away.
