Castello del Granduca is a splendid historical home, just opposite the Island of Elba, which looks out onto an olive grove and is within easy reach of many artistically and historically interesting Tuscan towns and cities. Its gardens guarantee complete privacy. Its architecture, furnishings and décor are of late 16th century noble Tuscan style. On entering the rear garden of the Castello, via the double glass doors at the end of the entrance hall, there is a well kept rose bed and lawn area with comfortable outdoor lounges; ideal place to have pre dinner drinks or something cool to drink during the hot summer evenings. To the right a patio with chairs, tables and canvas umbrellas where one could easily have breakfast or dine during the summer months, or perhaps even have lunch during the first warm spring days.
