Nestled in the greenery of an estate of 86 hectares, Terra Umbra APT is a part of a Resort, an old farmhouse skilfully renovated retaining past architectural features, but with the application of modern details and refinements, using a range of old original and new materials.
The apartment is facing the garden with lawns, rosebushes and flowerbeds which create a pleasant open-air environment. Along with its essential ornamental role, the garden expresses a return to nature, as some parts are set aside for the cultivation of fruit trees, vineyards, olive trees, vegetables, aromatic and medicinal herbs.
The vanishing-edge pool, located very near to the apartment, is heated if necessary from May to October. It has been designed to operate in salt, with a system of sodium chloride electrolysis that avoids products containing chlorine, which is much healthier and more eco-friendly.
The apartment has 2 double rooms and 2 bathrooms. The living room is very spacious with three large window doors and the unit kitchen in the back. The apartment is also equipped with a divan bed. All the floor are in terracotta.
The beautiful scenery of green valleys that gradually rise towards the Apennines, provides an atmosphere of great charm, perfect for both body and spirit. As a tribute to Etruscan civilisation, the first inhabitants of the area, all the rooms are named after Etruscan deities.
