This quaint little hamlet situated in prime Chianti territory is surrounded by vineyards and was a sad lifeless ruin until only recently when it was given a new lease of life and restored to its former glory by its Tuscan owners who fell in love with its classic lines and saw the potential just waiting to burst forth.
As one approaches down the white stone private country road, past regimental lines of Chianti vines, the sun bleached stone buildings almost glow with pride at the rejuvenation of their heart; the garden is immaculate, scented rosemary and lavender lined crunchy gravel paths flow around the pretty cotto roofed farmhouses and converted barns. Lush lawns and mature trees add depth and colour and are perfect for a quiet picnic in the sun.
