Description of Ultimate South Africa & The Blue Train Luxury Tour 30
Day 1 Arrival in Johannesburg
Upon your arrival at O.R. Tambo International Airport, you will be met and transferred to your hotel.
Overnight at the D'Oreale Grande Hotel on bed and breakfast basis.
Day 2/3 Johannesburg to Kruger National Park
After breakfast you will be collected from your hotel to O.R. Tambo International Airport for your flight to Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport (40 mins) (not included). Upon your arrival you will be met and transferred to Jock Safari Lodge. This luxurious lodge is situated in the southern area of the Kruger National Park at the confluence of the Mitomeni and Biyamiti rivers, half way between Skukuza and Malelane. It is an area noted for its diversity in game, particulary the Big Five. Magnificent trees and an abundance of bird life surround the lodge. Jock Safari Lodge incorporates the romance and elegance of the past colonial era, and reflects in its unique style the indigenous Zulu and Shangaan cultures.
2 Overnights at Jock Safari Lodge on full board basis and 2 games drives daily.
Day 4 Kruger National Park to Pretoria
After a final early morning game drive and breakfast, you will be collected and transferred to Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport for your flight back to Johannesburg (40 mins) (not included). Upon arrival there you will be met and transferred to your hotel in Pretoria.
Overnight at the Pretoria Sheraton Hotel on bed and breakfast basis.
Day 5 The Blue Train journey to Cape Town
After breakfast you will be met and transferred to Pretoria Station to board The Blue Train. Known as "a window to the soul of South Africa", the Blue Train has an aura of mystique about it. Kings and Presidents have travelled on this magnificent 5 star moving hotel. Its very name has become synoymous with the ultimate in luxury and personal service.
As the ever changing scenery flashes past the windows on this 27 hour journey, you can savour exquisite meals freshly prepared on board by top chefs complemented by the best wines South Africa has to offer. The Suites on board have the finest bed linen, marble tiles and gold fittings in the bathrooms. The sheer opulence all ensure that you will never forget the time spent on The Blue Train.
En route to Cape Town there is a stop-over and excursion to Kimberley, where we take a step back in time to the days of the diamond rush. (Please be advised that this excursion may be cancelled should time not permit).
Overnight on board The Blue Train on fully inclusive basis including unlimited drinks.
Day 6 Arrival in Cape Town
Upon arrival at Cape Town Station you will be met and transferred to your hotel in Constantia. Overnight at the Constantia Hotel on bed and breakfast basis
Day 7/8 Cape Town
Two free days at leisure. (Please browse through our suggested Sightseeing Tours which we would be delighted to arrange on your behalf.

Day 9 A fond farewell.....
After breakfast you will be collected and transferred to Cape Town International Airport for your departure flight (not included).
