Description of Big Mountain Heliskiing Packages
Big Mountain program is all about great skiing and riding and getting the most bang for your buck while retaining all the most crucial advantages and benefits of the original Tweedsmuir Lodge Heli Ski program.
For those skiers and boarders who want to spend their heli ski budget on lots of vertical, the Big Mountain Heliskiing Packages are the answer to your prayers. Your money goes towards skiing and riding versus being pampered with cavier and champagne at a fancy lodge.
To insure you get the best value and lots of vertical we have limited these trips to two loads sharing one helicopter. This means the heli will be there waiting for you when you get to the bottom of the run and you will be back on top just as fast as our pilots can fly.
Another advantage, the package boasts flexible dates & durations. No need to commit to a week if you do not have the time or the budget. Pick from 3, 4, 5, 6 or 7 night stays. This flexibility is particularly advantgeous for clients wanting to combine a heli ski trip with a warm up visit to Whistler. Or for people living in the Pacific Northwest south to California who can pop up for a long weekend.
Accommodation is at the Coast Mountain Lodge. This is a centrally located motel style establishment only minutes from the heli port. Meals are made and served on the premises specifically for you and your group to insure you are fueled up to ski and ride as long as there is daylight.
All in all, the Big Mountain Heli Ski program adds up to the best value for your dollar of any heli skiing in the world. Yes there may be less expensive programs on offer in places like Russia, or places with equally good skiing, but there is no other program that offers you all the unique advantages and attributes of our Big Mountain program for this price.
These advantages are: reliable snowfalls, tree skiing options during bad weather, fast and easy access offering the potential to ski both on your arrival and departure days, a permitted skiing area that is the largest in Canada and insures you will never ski in somebody else's tracks, only two small groups of five people sharing a jet powered Astar B2 helicopter, and of course the world's most comprehensive safety standards as set and mandated by Heli Cat Canada. The program is offered throughout the winter from January to mid April and it is recommended you book early as there are a limit of 10 seats per week.

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). HST tax rates are 6% for International guests & 12% for Canadian residents.
4 Days: 57,000 vertical feet (17,400 vms), 5 possible skier days - from $6,080
5 Days: 70,500 vertical feet (21,500 vms), 6 possible skier days - from $7,180
7 Days: 100,000 vertical feet (30,500 vms), 8 possible skier days - from $8,380
