Day One Pick up at the airport and transfer to the villa, arrive at the villa and enjoy a grand welcome with Island cocktails and dinner prepared by Freda and her Assistants
Day Two Morning tour of the local farmers and craft market, followed by lunch at a local Island Restaurant afternoon hands- on cooking class with chef Freda using ingredients we bought at the market. Evening four course dinner of the group’s creation with live steel band music
Day Three Morning tour of the local walk in volcano Enjoy a swim in the nearby sulphur spring Lunch picnic will be served, Afternoon cooking demonstration class by a local chef, dinner at the villa
Day Four Morning hands on cooking class enjoy a barbecue pool side lunch party. Afternoon excursions of the town Castries, afternoon free time for shopping, stock up on duty free rum, leather goods arts and crafts and other cool stuff. Dinner at the Cliff Restaurant
Day Five Enjoy a boat cruise with a tropical excursions of the coast, lunch will be served . Afternoon cooking class learn the art of making Caribbean style dessertss using local tropical fruits, Dinner at a local Restaurant
Day Six Morning cooking lessons, afternoon tour of the Local Rum distillery, learn the art of Caribbean Rum Making Enjoy an afternoon beach picnic while relaxing on the nearby beach, followed by spa treatments at Mama La Terre Spa or golf or fishing for the guys. Payment in full is required 90 days prior to departure.
Refunds In the event that we must cancel a trip, you will be given a full refund of all deposit and payment made.
We do not give refunds of deposits or final payment for tours that commence as schedule, included for unused portions of the tour. We do give credit for cancellation as noted below.
Cancellation Credit. In the event you cancel your tour for any reason, we will allow credit for payment (but no deposit) in the following ways:
100% credit for future given with 90 days notice
60 % credit for future given with 60-89 days notice
30 % credit for future tour given with 30-59 days notice
No credit given for cancellation less than 30 days prior to start day of the tour All cancellation credit are good for one year from the start date to the originally schedule tour .
