"Tour 1"  – 7 Days/6 nights

Day 1 -Arrival in Lima
Reception at the airport by our bilingual staff and transfer to the magnificent 5 star Country Club Lima Hotel. In the evening there will be a welcome briefing describing the activities you will be attending during your stay in Perú.

Day 2- City Tour In the morning we will visit the Historic Center of Lima: Cathedral, Church and Convent of San Francisco (Catacombs), Convent Santo Domingo, Plaza Mayor, Government Palace.

Restaurant Cala - Degustation lunch. The perfect place to have lunch, enjoying the ocean view.

Day 3- Pachamanca in a beautiful Peruvian family country house, in Pachacamac, 25 minutes south of Lima. Pachamanca is a traditional Peruvian dish based on the baking of, with the aid of hot stones (the earthen oven is known as a huatia), of lamb, mutton, pork, chicken or guinea pig, marinated in spices and potatoes, corn, etc.,

Hacienda Mamacona
- Show “The Peruvian Paso Horse and the National Celebration”. This beautiful farm is located 20 kms. south of Lima. You will experience an exhibition of the beautiful “CABALLOS DE PASO”. The show will be accompanied by a delicious dinner of Creole food. You will also enjoy a Folkloric show.

Day 4 -Ruta del Pisco Tour – Aizpitia
Visit El Sarcay de Aizpitia bodega, where you will experience how Pisco is made, from the selection of the grapes, the maceration in modern containers that keep the wine at the right temperature, and the distillation in copper stills, to turn the white wine into our Pisco. We will taste a variety of Piscos.

In the evening you will dine at Chef Pedro Miguel Schiaffino’s restaurant Malabar definitely one of the most interesting restaurants in the country. After a food and wine tasting and pairing session you will be able to enjoy a series of unique dishes carefully developed from Chef Schiaffino’s extensive research into Peru’s extraordinary regional products.

Day 5 - El Kapallak Restaurant -
Cooking Class and Degustation Lunch - Chef Luis Cordero will take you to visit the open market in Surquillo, where you will walk through the market and experience the diverse variety of fish, shellfish, and other local products from the different regions of the country. From the market you will go to the restaurant, where Chef Cordero will teach you how to cook some typical Peruvian dishes.

La Huaca Pucllana Restaurant - Dinner and drinks You will eat on the terrace that overlooks an actual pre-Inca archaeological site, built between 200 and 700 AD, and next to a 1500 -year -old adobe pyramid. With a philosophy based on paying homage to the roots of Peruvian cooking, using the many superb ingredients available in the country including meat, fish, shellfish and an infinite variety of vegetables, the menus are an attractive mixture of tastes, aromas, textures and colors.

Day 6 Visit to Miraflores Artesanía Market
The largest and most important cluster of handicrafts markets in all of Perú, where you can buy original silver, gold, fabric, sweaters, alpaca rugs and pottery.
Astrid & Gastón Dinner- Pairing Degustation menu of 12 dishes prepared by the famous Chef Gaston Acurio. This is the pinnacle of Peruvian haute cuisine; its innovations continually surprise frequent guests, who consider it to be the best restaurant in Perú.

Day 7 Departure Day -
