Description of Culinary Trip - Pasta Fiorentina A Taste of Italy Specialty Experience
- Master the iconic art of pasta making! Francesca di Leonardo will work with you to create a challenging pasta dish and sauce. You'll roll up your sleeves and test your cooking skills on a pasta dish of your choosing. Learn to make tortellini, ravioli, lasagna or more. Learn to make the dough, press and cut-out pasta shapes, create fillings and sauces and how to cook pasta as true Italians do. Complete your class with an all-pasta dinner!
- This is a 'home-style' cooking class, which takes place in the private apartment of Francesca di Leonardo, located in Florence's San Frediano district.
- This class focuses on hands-on preparation of a variety of pasta shapes and styles. It is only available for small groups and is not recommended for children under 6 years of age.
