Your company profile is your company's main page on Paradizo. It looks like this. On your company profile, you'll see your company description, a list of your services and service areas, and quick links to your posted listings, brochures, photos and news.

How did my company end up on Paradizo? I never requested to be on your site.
Companies get listed on Paradizo in a few different ways:
- We may have published one of your press releases about your company
- We may have heard about your company from one of our current partners, such as LuxuryRealEstates.com
- Our editors may have come across another reference to your company on the Internet, on websites such as Facebook, Twitter...
We want to be a complete resource of luxury travel information for our readers and members, so we try to list all luxury travel suppliers worldwide.

How can I list my company?
If your company is not currently listed on Paradizo, you simply need to fill out the following form to request an invitation. We will review your submission and contact you if we need further information is required. If you are approved, you will receive an e-mail notifying you of your admission and you will be able to start submiting listings to Paradizo. Note that we only validate luxury travel suppliers.

What can I do to manage my company profile?
You can click here to access your company profile and make some changes. The form allows you to change the logo, description, address on our site. If you would like to add more services, services areas or tags, please contact us.

Can I add multiple locations to my partner's account?
We currently don't facilitate a way for one account to handle multiple locations. This has been brought up quite a bit and we are in the process of determining the right approach to this problem. In the interim each business location would have to have it's own account. Note, each one would require a seperate email as well.

How to Improve Your Profile Search Results Order?
With more than 7500 Luxury Travel Suppliers on Paradizo, you may be wondering how the site sorts through them. The order of profiles on the search pages is based on a number of factors including:
- Premium Profiles: Premium Profiles will always appear first in search results on Paradizo. We are now offering partners the option to be included in Featured Directories, such as country or destination directories.
- Complete Profiles: The main criteria affecting the sort order is whether you display a full description of your company and services (up to 1500 characters) or not.
- Brochures: Brochures are really important for travelers. Including your brochures help your profile showing up in our search results. And also guarantee you to receive more inquiries.
- Photo Albums: Travelers also prefer profiles with more photos. You can include unlimited photos at no additional charge. Profiles with many photo albums will appear higher in search results. Make sure to upload high resolution photos. As we also consider photo size as an important factor.
- Backlink: Adding a Paradizo Badge will improve your Ranking on Paradizo. Your profile will show up in our index.

Definition of a listing
A listing is your property (see example) or tour (see example) page on Paradizo. A listing is an online brochure designed to get maximum leads. You can create a listing for each of your luxury vacation rentals or luxury tours. See below the types of properties and tours we list and here to see the kind of luxury tours & ultimate experiences we list. In the future we'll also let you publish yacht charter, jets, hotels listings.

The different kind of listings
We currently accept two categories: vacation rentals and tours. The luxury vacation rentals category includes luxury villas, villa resorts, hotel suites, luxury apartments, chalets, castles, riads and private islands. The tours category includes Private Tours, Tailor Made Holidays, Heli-Ski, Luxury Safari, Air Balloon Helicopter, Culinary Tours, Outdoor, Luxury Cruises, Yacht Vacations, Extreme Adventures, Spa Wellness, Entertainment Travel, Driving Experiences, Luxury Expeditions, Luxury Train
Private Jet Travel, Space Tourism.

How long does it take for my listings to appear on Paradizo?
It depends. Once you’ve submitted your listings, it usually takes a couple of weeks, sometimes less. We’ll work to add your listings as quickly as we can.

Vacation rentals Listings Criteria
All listings are subject to approval by Paradizo Team. To ensure that we maintain a high quality service, each listing must undergo a thorough qualification process to ensure that it is suitable for our website. Here are some guidelines that you should try to follow:
- We only accept luxury vacation rentals listings. If your listing doesn't meet our criteria it will be deleted without notice.
- A listing must be for a single accommodation in a specific location.
- If you would like to add more than 10 listings at once, please contact us, as we can automize the process..
- Advise that a property can be listed only once. The first broker who will list the property will have the exclusivity on Paradizo. But we'll always give priority to the owners.
- Example of what we will need in order to accept your listings: photos, address or situation of the property, rates, description and features or services
- We reserve the rights to edit the listing name and description. This will ensure a better indexation of all listings on search engines as Google.
- Use clear, direct language and avoid gimmicks. Don't use excessive capitalization, as we'll remove it.
- code is not allowed within the description.
- Once your listing has been submitted, we will review your information and if approved, you will receive an e-mail, notifying you of your listing, and where you can find it and edit it.

We do not allow duplicate submissions as this creates a suboptimal, confusing experience for the consumer – which ultimately will impact your ability to effectively market your property on Paradizo. But do not hesitate to contact us as we give priority to the owners or managers who give us a high quality service.

How Do I List A Property on Paradizo?
There are a few scenarios: If you are a Property Manager or owner that utilizes a software package from Escapia, Instant Software or other please contact us at info@paradizo.com . If you have more than 10 properties then contact us at info@paradizo.com . If you have less than 10 properties then fill out the property application and we will contact you. We do screen all properties. It is a part of our commitment and obligation to our users and partners.

Does It Cost Money To List My Property?
It does not cost money to add a listing on Paradizo. You only pay us a commission for each confirmed booking for additional services, for example to feature a property or service on the homepage. Please contact us at info@paradizo.com for more information.

How can I get my listings featured at the top of the search results?
Paradizo will only show our users search results that match the criteria of the properties they are searching for. Within these search results, we offer the opportunity to get your listings featured in the top three search results through our Featured Listings programs. This is a great way to increase your visibility on Paradizo, as well as get more referrals to your website.

Can I post my listings on Paradizo if I don’t have a Web site?
Yes you can. We won't redirect your listing to a website. Interested members will contact you through our contact form.

Can I make changes to a listing?
If you need to make changes to your listing, simply login here and modify your ad accordingly. We will review the changes and send you an e-mail once the changes have been approved. It's your responsibility to ensure that the information in your ad is up-to-date and accurate. If you no longer offer the service or product posted in your ad, we ask that you e-mail us or simply login and delete the ad.
