Understanding Paradizo Webmail



1- First, login to your account (Top Right of your screen). And click on "My Messages" to enter your personal webmail on Paradizo.

Enter the Webmail App to read your Messages

2- On Top Left of your webmail are the main features: Inbox, Sent, Saved, Trash, Feedback.
  • Inbox: Here you'll find the messages sent by our associated luxury travel companies in response to your inquiries.
  • Sent: Here is a copy of all messages you sent via the forms on Paradizo.com.
  • Saved: All messages you saved.
  • Trash: All deleted messages.
  • Feedback: The Webmail Application is still in development, so do not hesitate to send your feedback or bug reports.
  • Compose: This feature is not available in the current version of Paradizo Webmail. We are currently developing this feature and it will be available shortly.

3- Understanding Icons

In your Inbox and SentBox you'll see open and closed envelopes indicating whether or not the message has been read.

1- Select a message you would like to read.

To read a message, click on a subject.

2- A new frame will open just below your inbox:

1- Select an action: Reply

Reply to a Message you received

2- A pop-up window will appear. Type in your reply and click SEND.
