  • What is Paradizo?

    Paradizo is a worldwide luxury vacations resource for everyone. People use Paradizo to find luxury accomodations to rent, yacht and jet charters or concierge services. We're not a travel agency and we don't recommend accommodations, destinations or services. We just try to make it easier to find what's available.

  • How can I contact Paradizo?

    If you are looking to contact specific departments within Paradizo, email is the fastest and most efficient way to communicate. You can find a department specific email address below.

Using Paradizo

  • Is Paradizo free to use?

    Paradizo is free for Members and Guests. But you'll have to register to see part of the information and/or to have access to all features.

  • How do I edit My Profile?

    Access your profile and click on the Edit profile link to edit your name, email address, and phone number. Click here to access your profile or to create an account.

  • Will members pay more by reserving through Paradizo?

    No. You book directly to owners or managers. We indicate the same rate that you will find on their website.

  • Can I rent a home or yacht on Paradizo?

    No, we are not a broker or agent, we are a travel technology company. We connect consumers to sources of publicly available information across the Web. We do not hold a brokerage license and do not get involved in the transaction in any way.

  • How do I book/reserve a vacation rental?

    Some of our partners' websites let you book online. As the industry develops we hope to soon allow everyone to book online. Other Property Managers and Homeowners do not have these capabilities (it is no reflection of the property itself) so for those we have an inquiry form that you fill out and then the Property Manager or Home Owner will get back to you. We also will give you the phone number (if available) so you can call.

  • How can I save a search?

    We'll soon add this feature. You'll save any listing details page by selecting Add to my favorites. This listing will be saved to the My Favorites section of your My Account, where you can manage them.


Using Trip Folders

  • What are trip folders?

    You can use the trip folders to create compilations of the accommodations and services you are interested in and would like to save as you continue to plan an upcoming trip. For example, if you’re planning a beach vacation in Sardinia, create a new Trip Folder “Sardinia Summer 2011” and save all of your favorite villa choices in the Trip Folder. Create multiple Trip Folders to help you organize your plans with different lists of your favorite homes, packages or services.

  • How do I save a listing to a folder?

    Companies and services – Save to My Trips is located on the left side below the company logo.
    Listings for accommodations and services – Save to My Trips is located on the left side below the main photo.

    When browsing the options of company profiles and listings for accommodations and packages, when you find one that you like, click on the icon “Save to My Trips” to save the item to an existing Trip Folder or to a new Trip Folder.

  • How do I create a trip folder?

    Create New Folder on Profiles and Listings – Click on “Save to My Trips” and then click on “Create new Folder.” Choose a name for your new Trip Folder and click “Save.”

    Create New Folder from Member Account Page – From your main account page, click on “My Trip Folders” on the left side menu. Then in the main window, click on “Create a Trip Folder,” write in the name for the new folder and click “Save.”
