Have delicious meals prepared for an entire week or just a few days on your vacation, Here's how it works: Call Chef Fred to set up a convenient time to meet or phone conversation. He will spend about 30 minutes with you discussing your food preferences and your schedule. Details such as special requests, allergies and spicyness will all be noted. You can make special requests in advance of your scheduled meals, or leave it in the talented hands of Chef Fred, who will help plan your menus to suit your budget and your palate. He’ll do the food shopping, prepare the food serve and clean-up. If you want to relax and be pampered on your vacation, just whisk Chef Fred away on your vacation and feel free to strum on the old Banjo.
