Raphael Gamon´s love for the Orient and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) cooking invites him to work as chef and trainer in the world's most prestigious spa hotels and resorts from Bali to Europe. It is a blessing to share with other chefs, hobby gourmands, foodies and all curious people his philosophy: He presents solutions when in search for alternative clarification. He can enhance your quality of life, in a polluted world. Although a Buddhist, being intelligent and multi-talented it would be unfair and against his principles to negate himself. He has just completed a television pilot. There are exciting TV projects and magazine articles in the oven. He will be coming into your home to share with you his compassion and the knowledge of healthy cooking with TCM!
Raphael Gamon´s big break came one day, fresh out of the Swiss Culinary Academy while visiting in Southern France. He had a chance encounter with a man at a traditional bakery in Provence, which had run out of bread. Raphael told the man not to worry, and that it would be easy to bake his own loaf. He taught the man, unaware he was France's Culture Minister Jacques Lange! Soon after that the minister offered Raphael to cook at the Palais Royal in Paris!
