Palazzo Tornabuoni is an owners-only Private Residence Club in a restored 15th-century paolace in the heart of Florence, Italy. Once ome to Pope Leo XI and the powerful Medici family, the elegantly finished Palazzo residences offer insider access to a world of culture and are now available for sale.
Palazzo Tornabuoni is the world's first "Palace Residence Club". Situated on one of Florence's most aristocratic city-centre streets, in the heart of the fashion district, this historic fifteenth-century palazo was home to a Reinassance Pope, and hosted the world's first documented opera performance.
It has been restored to exacting standards and styled by a leading Italian interior designer to create 38 sophisticatedly elegant private residences for its members, plus a series of welcoming indoor and outdoor communal areas. In addition to the shared Club residence, the Palazzo also has a limited number of residences available for whole ownership.
