Grenada
Mount Hartman Bay Estate is the newest Hotel in the Grenada. It has been constructed to cater the luxury needs of upper class. There are beautiful grounds, full of fruit and vegetables as well as exotic plants and flowers , a stunning infinity pool overlooking the bay, a private beach and jetty with helipad. Attentive, friendly and polite service is backed up by beautiful meals, often made using ingredients grown on the Estate, and prepared by the Chef Roger, who’s probably the best chef on the island.
In a world where superlatives have lost their meaning, how do you describe something that is truly first class? In Dubai, they’ve introduced the concept of a seven star hotel to try and get across the quality of what they are trying to do. That sounds a little brash and perhaps it’s easier to rely on the judgement of someone like Harpers magazine, who featured Mount Hartman Bay Estate in their issue, Seven Heavens
