The extensive menu at the Michel Rostang Restaurant at Malliouhana offers mouthwatering dishes blending Caribbean, French and Mediterranean cuisines all conjured up by 2 star Michelin Restaurateur Michel Rostang together with our Head Chef. The extensive menu changes three to four times a year while still maintaining a selection of the popular Malliouhana classics such as Roasted whole lobster with basil butter sauce and grilled duck fois gras with artichoke puree and port wine sauce. Recipient of many international awards for food and dining, the restaurant is under the guidance of Parisian Michelin two star chef, Michel Rostang. The ingenious creativity of head chef Fred Cougnon infuses classic Mediterranean cuisine with local Caribbean flavours. Malliouhana is home to the Caribbeans largest wine cellar, over 25,000 bottles, carefully chosen to complement the menus.
