Gayana Eco Resort & Bunga Raya Island Resort & Spa
Gaya Island
Kota Kinabalu, Sabah
Malaysia
Gayana Eco Resort and Bunga Raya Island Resort & Spa is a 2-resort property located on the same island. Gayana is a 52 Overwater Villas Resort located on Malohom Bay whereas Bunga Raya is a 47 Hillside Villas Resort located on Polish Bay.
Gayana Eco Resort's tropical villas are architecturally designed to enhance the soothing sounds of the surf below while capturing the enduring vistas of Mt. Kinabalu on the distant horizon. At it's heart, the resort is about protecting and re-generating our precious Marine Ecology, and the only such property to feature its own on-site Marine Ecology Research Centre passionately propogating endangered Giant Clams and restoring natural coral reefs; where guests of all ages actively participate in restoring vibrant life back to once damaged ocean floors. Gayana offers non-motorized water sports activities, and has it's own Solace Spa and Alu-Alu Overwater Seafood Restaurant.
Bunga Raya Island Resort & Spa is a secluded island hideaway, tucked away on a tranquil and hidden bay framed by crescent shaped white sand beach on one side and the centuries old virgin jungle on the other. The villas private balconies offer jaw dropping vistas of the beach below and the South China Sea beyond. A day goes by too quickly as guests explore and experience our Solace Jungle Spa, Wine Cave and of course, the beach and sea through motorized and non-motorized water sports activities, snorkelinga and diving.
