Fork In The Road was born in the summer of 2002, she started out cooking for families in their homes. That was a terrifically rewarding experience but it did a number on her body after a while. She was too exhausted to cook her own dinner. In July of 2004 it was time to expand to a commercial kitchen and the current delivery service you see now.
Food is delivered every Monday. New menus are posted online every Tuesday at noon. You may also sign up to receive menus by email. Orders are accepted until Friday at midnight, unless they sell out sooner. Deliveries are made during the day on Mondays at your home or office. A delivery time window will be given to you via email once you order. Meals are delivered cold and should be refrigerated upon receipt. The dinners are packaged in microwave and oven-safe disposable containers. Heating instructions are provided and usually include a 5-15 minute heat in the oven or a quick nuke. Get in your PJ's, pour some wine, and dig in!
