These are some of the dishes I have created in the past. Lunches al fresco, intimate dinners, lovely breakfasts, picnics on the boat, anything is posible. The only requirement is availability of the best fresh local products. Going to the markets and getting inspired by all the fresh local produce is a key factor in a making great food.
