Chateau La Durantie is the ideal place for a wedding, a birthday party, a family get together or a relaxing and enchanting holiday. It is located in the Perigord Vert, a beautiful and tranquil part of the Dordogne, Southwest France.
The castle rental was built in 1845 for the Duke of Isly, and has been recently renovated to a high standard of luxury. Offering over 1000 m2 (11000 square foot) of living area, the rooms are elegantly decorated with valuable antiques. Spacious reception rooms are spread out on the ground floor, 2 master suites and another 3 ensuite bedrooms are located in the first floor, and a further 7 bedrooms and 3 shower rooms on the second floor. 7 flatscreen TVs and DVD players, marble bathrooms and finest Frette bedlinen and towels are provided.
The Chateau has an enclosed park of 12 acres (5 hectars), complete with pool (heating optional), tennis court, and fruit orchard. It provides plenty of outdoor space and privacy.
A range of services are available such as private chef, maid service and car with driver.
