Marc Fosh es uno de los personajes de cocina más apasionantes y con más talento de Europa, y sin lugar a duda, uno de los cocineros de más éxito oriundo del Reino Unido. Empezó su carrera culinaria con tan sólo diecisiete años en el restaurante Greenhouse de Londres, antes de trasladarse al restaurante de estrella Michelin, Chelsea Room, en el hotel Carlton Tower. Reside y trabaja en España desde 1991 y ha desarrollado su propio estilo de cocina única, enfocada en ingredientes frescos y productos de calidad, a la cual añade un toque de genialidad inspirada. El resultado es una cocina moderna y sencilla con gustos limpios y sabores fuertes. En 2002, Marc se convirtió en el primer y único cocinero Británico en ser galardonado con una estrella Michelin en España.
