Casa Blue Wind is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom ocean view Villa built high above the Manuel Antonio Bay and Pacific Ocean. This home offers a relaxing tropical retreat where our guests enjoy the classic Costa Rican indoor/outdoor lifestyle at a terrific value. Set in a lush tropical garden setting, CBW is rustic in theme and ideal for family, group or romantic vacations.
Casa Blue Wind was completed in 1991. The Villa is a split level design comprised of 2,500 square feet of indoor and covered veranda area on a 10,000 square foot lot. The upper level is 1,700 square feet and the lower level is 800 square feet.
Over the last 5 years we have completed numerous upgrades, remodels and renovations that include all new door and window systems, a/c units, kitchen, bathrooms, lighting, furniture, entertainment system, ceiling fans and more.
CBW offers one of the largest swimming pools of any home in the area. It's a fully tiled 31' x 19' beauty. The pool runs from 3 1/2' to 6' deep and has a swim up covered rancho bar with 4 underwater stools to stay cool while enjoying a beverage. The bar is equipped with electrical outlets, lights, plenty of counter space and sink.
