I am a classically trained Cordon Bleu chef. I graduated through the Silwood School of Cookery, an internationally recognized school.
I would like to continue my passion and love for food as your private holiday chef or specialised event caterer and bring my five star culinary skills and service knowledge to your home, venue or holiday. I am based in Cape Town but am able to travel nationally or internationally.
Being a holiday chef is extremely fulfilling as I get to meet and cook for families from across the world learning and creating new ideas. Every family has unique eating habit’s being it, time, taste, quantity, dietary requirements or religious beliefs.
