If a classic venue is preferred for your conference to be organized before March 31, 2010 then choose a space where one out of five attendants will not pay the participation fee. The bookings have to be made before December 4, 2009. Professional translation services, quartets, orchestras, Djs, professional dancers and other auxiliary services are available on request.
